I've got it too. I get my neighbors avatars scattered throughout the town as well as on the platform (where they should be) when they pick up the townies.
I've yet to see (in my town anyway) someone who's been completely served by two towns and is now waiting to go home not be on the platform. So I'm not worried about my town capacity count because someone missed the train. It appears to affect only those who can be picked up by someone's PT.
In a way, if I'm right, then it's actually a good thing. Townies who can still visit another town will get on the Eggspress if it comes in before someone's PT. So, if those available for neighbor pickup are too far from the Eggspress when it comes to town to catch it, then they stay in town and will be available for my neighbors to pickup.
What are all of you seeing? In your towns, is it affecting only those available for a PT or is it both finished folks and PT available folk? Confirming one way or the other would be good to know.
From the derby update, some of my visitors in the town are waiting inside the town for a train. Even when my NH friends take any visitor, the icon appears inside the town. So far three maintenance have been done, still the problem exists!

Cricks, it seems to me that the stuck ones are all from the eggspress train and waiting to be picked up by a neighbor. However, the stuck ones are getting picked up.Quote:

As far as I know this happens to all townies and happens when you leave your town when the townies are still moving towards the platform. If you do not want them spread over all your town then you need to wait until they are at the platform before leaving the town. Before the derby update they would just continue their movement when you returned to your town but this is no longer the case.
Today the issue appears to be fixed for me, they are all going to the platform now. But here are some screenshots from the past three days... (All the folks in the first picture are waiting for a train. They are EVERYWHERE lol)
