I was thinking with a level 4 and above clan castle, you can store a PEKKA and the PEKKA will do a lot of damage to your troops, so I was thinking about a trooper that shoots bolts of electricity and deals double damage to a PEKKA like a tesla tower would do

This is a great idea but Instead there should be A troops that deals double to all clan castle troops.
