Change hero graphics as they level up every 5 levels

I haven't seen this in the sticky and I didn't find this in a search.

I can't tell if the heroes are changing at all as they level. All the other troops change their looks as they level up. It would be nice to see new graphics from the heroes as they level up. This will leave game play unaffected and is for cosmetic purposes only.

They can change every 5 levels as they do when they gain their abilities or level them up.

Some ideas to add to the Barb King:

• Shield
• Full face helmet (like the level 7 barbarians)
• Flaming sword
• Cape

For the Queen:

• Flaming arrows
• Better looking armor
