New Troop: Kaboomer
Name: Kaboomer
Movement: Ground 24
Targets: Anything ground (not walls. If there are no targets, then it will do one of two things based on the programmer's preference, 1, kick at the wall till it breaks through at 1/4 the damage, or 2, explode at the wall like a wallbreaker trying to target the building on the other side (you would hear him say "Uh Oh" and then explode), I would prefer 1.)
Type of attack: Melee
Cost: 6 Dark Elixir (+3 per level)
Damage Per Second: 120 Splash 1 tile (+10 per level) (one time explosion)
Attack Speed: NA
Health: 36 (+4 per level)
Housing Cost: 3
Training Time: 2 minutes
Special Abilities, Resistances or Weaknesses: Explodes once doing damage and is destroyed
Unlock: Level 7 Dark Barracks
Research: 10000 DE (7 days), +10000 DE per level, +1 day per level
Upgrades: Up to level 7.
Description: A dwarf holding two bombs in his hands running towards his target. You can change his colors as he gains in levels. For sound, he would have a screaming warcry (think of the Serious Sam video game). Maybe at max level he can be set on fire.
Strategies: On offense, they would travel to any target (not walls). They can be used to trigger traps in bases with "open" pathways. They can be used to take out collectors quickly and you only spent DE to make them. The following buildings will take them out with one shot:
- Archer Tower Level 11 or Bomb Level 6
- Wizard Tower Level 6 or Hidden Tesla Level 5
- Cannon Level 8 or Mortar Level 5
On defense, from the clan castle, they can take out groups of troops. You make sure you create goblins so the goblins get to the target and become targeted before the Kaboomers do.

I think the concept is pretty sound. It's a new type of troop, quite opposite of the wall breaker, and easy to use.
The stats will have to be tested by SC if they use it of course.
