Hay Day crashes when trying to open friends bar

I get this problem recently as well. It happens on iPhone 6 and iPad - it's like a delayed lag as soon as you select the friends menu

I have the same problem on my phone ( iPhone 5 -8.2) after the latest update of the game.

For me the game now totally freezes and need a re-start each time I try to open the friend/neighbour/ hep/ followers bar. Whilst in the days after the derby upgrade i could still get it working, by holding my fingers for a long time on the button and another area, this no longer works.

It is therefore impractical to try to visit friends, even going to Greg is a nuisance if you do not have a neighbour on level 99/100/101. Missing out on the help sign for friends totally.

so, I agree, it is time for some feedback from SC as into how far they are in fixing this.

Several "fixes" later and the game still freezes every time I try to access my friends bar! (And I have tried all the previously mentioned temporary fixes)

Please fix this! It has been weeks now and hd has become a pain to try to play vs a pleasure!

Since the derby update my game crashes every time I click on the friends bar it will start to open and then the whole game will just freeze and not let me do anything. Have to exit out of the app and close before reopening the app but its still freezing. Running latest iOS and iPhone 6 Please help. :rolleyes:

Have not been able to play since March 26 - a few hours after I loaded the iOS 8.2 update for iPad. At first game froze about thirty seconds in now get check server error. Everything else on iPad works.

It would be nice if someone could give us an answer or update or even just let us know they're on the case instead of silence on this post !!!

A few weeks ago, after the update, I had trouble with my friend bar freezing. Checked the forum and was told to wait. That worked, but didn't solve the problem. It kept getting better over the last few weeks, but now it is worse than ever. Now it freezes and I have to close out of the game. I can't use my friend bar. Please fix this once and for all😉

I've been able to avoid my game from freezing, the last 3 weeks or so, by starting game that way, and by not selecting the total friendslist.
