Same issue here. I got a message saying that "Winter is over...Time to update". But my game hasn't had the winter format for weeks now. The problem started after I had turned my phone (Android) off. I almost decided to uninstall and reinstall. At least now I know that it's not my phone. As far as Tom, they will probably give out diamonds to compensate for any lost time.

Again maintenance break....ohh god.
Now getting message that server is offline... "We're doing maintenance on Hay Day...." You can go to the Play Store and update, but not log in.
Not resolved yet.... waiting..

I have tried and tried to load the update and it keeps asking me to log in my account which I have done repeatedly. I would love to get in and play Hay Day sometime today!!!! I've tried restarting my device ( android tablet) that did nothing. I emptied my cache with the same result. Nothing. Are you going to get this fixed soon?? I hope!!!!!
If you are experiencing problems downloading/finding the new Hay Day update, please try the following:
1. Make sure you have at least 500MB free space on your device for the update
2. Empty the Google Play Store cache: http://supr.cl/GPSCacheClear
3. Restart your device
4. Open Google Play Store and try again
