This is 3rd on donating and this is my first time occurred this problem!
Check your receipt from apple. The 2500 gem package should only be $19.99. What does it say on the e-mail receipt (or history within your actual account) for the transaction?Quote:

I was trying to see your purchase history for the transaction to see exactly what you bought through Apple. If you can't find your e-mail receipt, and can't locate your history in your itunes account, then how can you tell what was charged against your account?Quote:

Use your in-game support option and tell support what you received, and what you believe you purchased and see if they can find something incorrect. If they see Apple processed a 2500/$19.99 charge and that's what they gave you, they are going to ask for the e-mail receipt or history to see if there is an issue.
