Army "reserves" for clans

So we have plenty of people willing to donate troops in my clan. However, starting out as a small clan, not many people are online at the same time (many people have jobs, school, etc). Troop requests can take hours to be filled sometimes.

It would be great if the clan could have army "reserves". Housing for maybe 50 or 100 troops that anyone in the clan could donate to. Then when you need troops you can go take the ones donated to the reserves instead of waiting hours for someone to donate to you. Restrictions could be made if needed, like you can only donate/take 5 troops to the reserves every 20 mins or so.

Would also help a lot when a clan is at war. Someone asks me for an expense power troop (ie lvl 5 golem). I make one, donate it to him. But since it takes so long to make, he had to go offline for a bit. He gets attacked and the golem is used for his defense and is no longer available for him to use in the war. With the "reserves", I could donate it and he can take it out himself right when he needs it.

There are plenty more examples of times when a feature like this would come in handy.

Another thought about this feature is that it would work well with the new Clan Perks. The higher your clan level, the more "reserves" you can have for the clan.

I haven't been on the forums long, but out of all the ideas I've seen, this has to be the best one! I really hope Supercell considers this. It would make it really easier to exchange troops.

It was brought to my attention that you had also suggested a troop reserve, I think it's a terrific idea, i sure hope they consider this. Great minds think alike 👍

With this feature, it would be helpful to have a "log" as well so we can see who is going in and donating/taking troops. This would allow the leaders can see if a member is abusing it by taking lots of troops, but not donating any. It would be good for clan management.


I think this feature would help out smaller clans that are trying to get up and running more than full established clans.

I was in a large clan with many members that seemed to be online all day long. When I requested troops it never took more than 5 mins to get filled up. For various reasons I left the clan to start a new on with a couple other people. We are still a small clan with members in various countries and timezones. It's tough to get CC troop requests filled in any decent amount of time. This idea would even things out a bit.
