TH 10 upgrades. (6 mil Elixir)

I've almost got 6 Million elixir and I'm looking for some feedback as what to upgrade. I typically rock Gowiwi or Max hogs in war. I typically Barch farm with a couple Giants.

I've got the follow 4 upgrades I'd like to do:
Giants to level 6
Wall breakers max
Freeze Spell to 7 seconds.
Max one Army camp (to 230 Pop)

All cost about 6-6.75 million elixir. I'd really like to do all 4 but I need to choose. I like the freeze spell or WB upgrade cause it will make my gowiwi attack better but since I farm with a few Giants I like that upgrade too. Of course the camp upgrade helps in all faucets. Any thoughts from some experienced TH 10 guys?

#3: lab
#4: while all of the above are going on...do something in the lab to keep it going as lab time is much, much longer than build time
