Hey guys and gals,
First post so forgive me if I'm doing wrong..
Need help with a strategy with this TH8 base I'm inline with.
I'm a low/mid TH8, troop levels below, really only limited to drag attacks arm with access to max loons in CC.
Any help would be much appreciated!! 👍

An attack from ~3:00 looks solid. Up to you what spells to bring to the party (2 rage, 1 heal or vice-versa). I'd probably go 2 heal, 1 rage with a 105. I'd use the rage as a way to get the loons to torch whatever AD still remains once your drags enter the core.
Note, however, that those wiz towers will likely cause some funky pathing with your loons, so I'd caution about releasing them too early, raging them into & inside the core, & expecting them to clean up all the ADs. This works beautifully when there are little to no pathing issues (I literally just did this yesterday with a TH 7 attacking into a TH8 base & cleared the base with over 30 secs to go), but that doesn't appear to be the case here. If you did that, they will likely exit the core, right on top of one of those wiz towers & your chances for missing just increased significantly. Patience is key with the release of the CC loons and use them as clean up on whatever AD remains.
One strategy I'm currently working on is a Delayed 99 attack, with 2 rage, 1 heal. This does involve raging loons into the core fairly quickly, but staggering their release so one group paths nicely to one AD, while the other group paths to the remaining AD. Lately, I keep running into bases now that won't allow me to practice this strategy, but I hit it once and it was very rewarding... lol To be continued...
With all due respect, unless I'm missing something, I'd completely avoid the crystal league attack(s) that was previously suggested. They were all TH9 attacks, which render them close to meaningless here.
With 8 dragons, 8 loons, 5 loons in cc, 3 rages, atk from 3 o'clock side, start drop 1 dragon from the drill, wait until the dragon break the drill drop 1 dragon at sf, then drop all of them along the line wall, wait untill the ad triggered, then drop all 8 loons along the line and the drop 2 rages between each ad and dragons, then drop the cc at 3 o'clock on the side of the far ad then drop the last rage between the far ad to the troops. That's it
