Unban my account immediately!

My clan was recently matched up in war against another clan that was named "$HIIITZ$GiGGlez."

We have young members in our clan, so I reported the enemy clan to supercell yesterday. I tried to log on today and MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED. This is absolutely ridiculous! The message says "Account banned for 1 day for putting offensive village name."

My in game name is "goozoo" and my clan is "IMMORTAL KINGS!"

Neither of those is offensive. I seriously cannot understand why I would get banned. The only explanation I can think of is that whoever is reading these reports at supercell isn't actually reading them - just skimming them - and a mistake was made. I have spent a lot of time (over 1.5 years) and money on this game, and to be banned for no reason is completely unfair. I think I should be compensated with gems for the inconvenience. Please unban my account immediately!!!

You don't have the right to not be offended. Maybe it's sctuslly time to be a grown up/parent and explain to the younger kids that those are words grown ups use and not for young kids.

But hey, who wants to do all if that hard work?!! Actually raise and teach kids right?!!? Pfffftt! Too much work! Just make everyone conform to what I think is right!

When I hear someone swear out in public I explain to my child it's uncouth. It's not classy. They are grown up words she shouldn't use.

Why do I do this? Because I have zero business telling others what to think or say. None.

Obviously there are exceptions.


EDIT: oh, and I love how you got all worried over younger players in your clan seeing that but had no problem posting it here for all of the young ppl to see. Talk about wrapped up in your own little world.

Do you have children? I am assuming no. They should not have to read that word when playing a family-friendly game.

Why would people hate others reporting someone legitimately? Follow the rules, and you won't have a problem.

OP - if you reported them is there any kind of "discuss the issue" problem where you get a member of staff? I have never actually used their support. Talking to an actual human would fix this quicker.

Your message might meet support weeks after the ban has already been lifted..
and can you nawt handle a singe day without coc? you spent a lot of time and money on this game, but it clearly states that you are only banned for 1 day. 1 DAy. so dont overreact

I find it funny that he uses the kids as an excuse when all he was really thinking is "I can get their top players banned and we can win this war".

Looks like someone found your village name to be offensive to them and reported you.

I wasn't reporting as a strategy. I was reporting because I don't want the YOUNG CHILDREN in my clan, and others, exposed to curse words. Why do you think those words are censored in global??? Do you hate on people who complain about that too? Just wait until you have children and you will understand where I'm coming from.

I have children. I actually raise them myself. Novel concept I know. It no one else's job to parent your kids and it's not your job to raise other ppls kids.

And you're naive if you don't think they see/hear/use that word.

Although I must admit I find SC's priories are completely backwards. How in the world do they justify putting this much work into banning ppl over nonsense like this but won't ban a single bot user or other cheeters

I disagree.

If supercell allowed people to make clan names with offensive words, then that would be a different situation. But this is one clan that attempted to get around the word filter for the sole purpose of using a curse word in their name.

If he feels offended why cant he report the problem? While the world has become a place where these words are heard and used younger and younger, does not mean that it just deserves a blind eye.

Hopefully the other clan's name has become "clashers" and you can go on playing tomorrow. Sorry SC will not compensate you, but if your name has been considered offensive you may be able to get a name change out of it.
