Boost promotion for Nowruz

I've seen clash of clans making promotional boosts for heroes,troops,collectors on different occasions! 21st of march 2015 is persian new year and it's called nowruz which means "new day" and it's celebrated in Iran,afghanistan,tajikistan,albania,azerbaijan,mac edonia,india,kazakhstan,kyrgyzstan,turkey and turkmenistan.
