Builder upgrading

I think the builder should be able to be upgraded so upgrades and builds go faster, or cost less. Or be able to use gems for this

First half (upgrade builders) ruled out, second part (gem boost builders) already talked about and can be searched.

Flagging post as ruled out, so it can get cleaned, since it isn't really offering much.

Please read the "Read Before Posting" thread before.. well.. posting ideas. People have came up with similar ideas before, repeatedly. :facepalm:
