The sleeping builders?

So my th8 is soon finished with only wall painting to do and my builders are sleeping with nothing to do.

If only I could make use of the sleeping builder?
Maybe he could mine some gold, pump some elixir or even drill some DE?

So my suggestion is, implement an option to put the builders, individually, into mine/pump or drill mode where they work at the same speed as your lowest level mine/pump or drill for example.

Paid 8€ or so for my 5th builder so I don't want to watch him sleep :)

While you are making the update, change so I can paint my walls with elixir again please, gold/elixir balance is way off in th8 and elixir storages flooding over.

What? This is what happens when you reach the end of a town hall - your builders get to sleep.

Also, no no no. They changed it so Town Hall 9+ can use elixir for upgrading walls because at TH8, it threw the economy way off in the game. There was NO elixir to be found because everybody was pouring it into their walls.

Yes, I know the end of town hall 8 sucks. You have all that elixir and still doing walls. I was there in December. But what I did, instead of complaining about the excess elixir, was I learned new attacking strategies. Do a trophy push. Learn gowipe. Learn loonion. Donate expensive troops to your other clan members. Stop complaining about the fact that you can't upgrade your walls with elixir at your level. It's not coming back.

That's why you always max your Walls first.

Obviously. But why couldn't the builders be useful for anything else too?
This was the reason I posted, what is below was just a sidenote.

Dont't really belive that statement.
Gold and elixir is usually easiest to get from mines/collectors that aren't affected by this.

Can't say I'm complaining, just a sidenote of what I think would be a good idea. And yes, I spend the elixir on dragon donations and wierd attacks at the moment so I can live with it.

Lets focus on the builder idea instead with constructional ideas and opinions.
