Protected Storage for Upgrades - Recommendation

I have a recommendation. We need some type of protected storage for upgrades. Sometimes when saving up for a big upgrade (for example, upgrading to level 6 baloons which requires 6 million elixir), you often get raided and reach a point where you can't gain anymore elixir/gold needed for the upgrade, without buying gems. I propose that we be able to set aside a certain amount of elixir/gold towards the upgrade in a protected storage (that can't be raided, or barely gets raided, like the castle, maybe put it in a "market" or something), requiring a minimum amount (for example 2 million elixir) of elixir/gold to be deposited, and then we could make regular deposits into this market until the upgrade amount has been satisfied (in the case of the level 6 baloons it would require 3 deposits of 2 million elixir each). This would help many users progress in the game much more quickly.

I would simply do a lot of raids in my free time, when I get the elixir/gold, I would save it. I would upgrade.

Problem : if everyone does this, the economy will fall like rain. U won't get any good raids because everyone has locked the res in their own safe.

I agree with the raid idea, I do that frequently, but even then sometimes I can't raid enough to keep up with how often my base gets attacked. And I know this is the case for many others. And as I mentioned in my first post, the protected storage could be similar to the castle, in that it could be raided, it just wouldn't be whiped out, still allowing good raids. And the user would have to make a minimum deposit, for example, of 2 million, and whenever I have more than 2 million of elixir/gold, I get raided and loose 200 - 300 thousand each raid. I still think a protected upgrade storage would be a benefit...And thank you for the reply.

That means your loot that you get will also be smaller, and it goes in a loop....
If other people did the same thing, there would be no more loot to raid.
