Looking for serious players to help bring our wars to the next level

We Have Beer, clan level 2, is looking for active and serious players. We war at least twice a week, but its usually three times. We are currently 12-2-1 in clan wars. We are looking for a player who is at least a maxed level 7 town hall. The ideal fit would be a non rushed town hall level 10 to be our number 1 in war and donate max troops. We have some very good players, but need just a few more to be a top notch clan. Would need to attack twice in war with a strong attack of choice.
