Level requirements to join a clan

We all know about the trophy requirement, but haven't you seen many clans when recruiting include level as a requirement?
These people(including me) want people above a certain level to join our clan, it is a better way to ensure that this player is good, and not a town hall rusher. Or even just a very low level player.
People have been trying to keep people like ex. Town hall rushers out for a while now, but they really have no foolproof way to keep them out.
This is where my idea comes in. Including the already in use trophy requirement, we put in a level requirement. It would work in sets of five ex. 35,40,45,50. Clan leaders and coleaders would have the option to include trophy requirement, level requirement, or both requirements.

I know that people want this, who wouldn't want a better way to control their clan? And to the people that don't want to use it , don't have to use it. This would solve many problems, and would help clans grow stronger without having to kick people out all of the time. Sure there is the invite only thing, but what if you don't have players on often enough to accept any of the requests? Those people go on to other clans and you don't have the opportunity to grow your clan the way you would like to.

I believe that this would be a great feature to help people, and to the people that don't like it, they don't have to use it.
