Opt In, Opt Out, add another feature to weed out inactives?

Hi guys,

I don't know if something like this has already been mentioned, but it would be great to have a button or similar feature that the leaders of a clan could use to make all members of the clan in a neutral state regarding preference for clan wars. Then people can opt in or opt out either way. Or even simply a button for leaders to switch everyone's choice to to opt out and then anyone wanting to participate in a war can to opt in. That way it is much less likely to have inactive users in a clan war. Just a suggestion, hope you understand what i'm saying.

I feel your pain, a nice idea. But then again, it's up to the clan to ensure that all their players are active and attack. Alternatively, when a player joins a clan, their status automatically becomes opt out, so they then have to opt in themselves. After that point it's their responsibility to stay active and opt out if they can't participate.

I have been opposed to similar ideas for identifying (setting all off or all on at the end of a war and variations of that) but this one is less disruptive so there is no reason to fight it.

I think there are many other ways to identify inactive members and scratch my head at the leaders who consider this a problem with no way to deal with. (In other threads I have and still do question their ability to run a clan)

But the key difference in this idea was that it is a button to set them all and so a clan that did not want this which is most of them based on the feedback on the other threads) could simply ignore the button and not be affected by it. I still don't think its needed but its not going to mess up the game or anything if they do it.
