I don't get it. If it's moved over one do I get it for free cause I have maxed dark barracks? Or do I lose hounds cause of the upgrade? If I and all who have lvl 3 and above DB get it for free then it would be okay. But if they lose hounds then that's bad, what if hounds are LVL 2?.

You wouldn't have hounds and i tweaked it a little so it has lower health and so chances are it'll be killed b4 it can get to a trap

That's unfair. Millions of elixir just disappear ? No. If you have unlocked hounds you should be able to keep them.
