War donations......

This is my first post here on this forum, and I thought what better place to start than about donations....

This idea is simple, short and may have been thought of before, but I can speak on behalf of my entire clan and people I have encountered about the game before about wanting donations to the war page to be counted to ones overall donations (which can be viewed in profile- friend in need achievement), the donates that are showed when viewing a clan, and finally giving exp for these donations.

As most of you will know, all of these things are given to us, providing that we donate to regular requests on the clan's chat tab, however, I and many others I have spoken to would love for war donations (any donations to the war page) to have the same rewards as regular donates.

I believe this will not only help motivate people to donate to the war page, but will also show players like me (a leader/co-leader) who is donating and helping out within this category.

Another idea of mine which is closely related to this is maybe an option for the leader/co-leaders to have the ability to set which troops can be donated to the war page (for example an option for only level 5+ archers, witches or level 4+ wizards to be donated to the war page).

in my opinion this would make people want to donate to the war page and will also stop players putting random or under levelled troops in the war page, as this is extremely annoying and inconvenient to anyone wanting to win the war.

The reason war donations is because it is very exploitable for both the FiN achievement and XP. XP does make a difference when you start looking for clans.

Also, people need to get it into their thick skulls that WAR IS NOT MEANT FOR PROFIT. Sure, you make a healthy amount of gold and potentially DE, but most successful war clans, EVERY member makes a loss. Clan wars are about offsetting the balance of lots of elixir against a lack of gold. The point is, war CC donations are in the best interests of the clan, and it's up to you whether you're willing to donate for the good of the clan.

If the only reason you won't donate to war cc's is because you don't get XP, well...let's say you won't be in our clan for war. We are a clan of 35, and we organise efficiently so that the cost is spread over as many people as possible. Do they look for credit? No. They just get on with it.
