No. Clan wars are won by everyone, not just the top ten players.

I have an idea for a gem bonus. How about we give a gem bonus for those that accomplish this achievement: Have a job and a credit card. You receive 500 gems each time you successfully tap the "pile of gems" button.
WHAT A BONUS! 500 gems!!!
