This is just inform people and supercell...
I dont know if people have this problem but, every once in a while my clan will experience issues with donations. Sometimes when you donate troops it will say in the clan chat for example, 20/20, and it will not go away, even though you gave them troops. Or when you donate troops their request goes away but you actually never gave them the troops, so they have to wait to request again.
