It would be nice if the "revenge" button did not show up in your defense log if the player:
1. Has an active shield
2. Is already under attack
3. Is Online
Make it so only people you can actually attack have the button next to them.

I like this idea. Except, I would just grey the button out or something to indicate you can still do a revenge, just not right now.
Nothing makes me angrier than scouting my enemy base, planning my attack, building my troops then getting ready to attack. Only to see the words "shield" or "online" in red pop up. I seriously hate it. Revenge shouldn't be affected by/affect the enemy's shield I believe, otherwise what's the point? But whatever. At least this would be better than the current implementation.
Its boring to have to go through 10 revenge buttons to find out they all have shields, are online, or are already under attack.
having to check that means having to check if they are online and displaying it in the list. This may lag the system for the same reason they probably won't let you know who is online.

Yes, I like the idea of graying it out. On the rare occasion I revenge, I hate being able to click it, for it to say I can't revenge.
A step further would be to "notify me when revenge is available".........
This would be awesome! It is so annoying to have to go through your whole defense log ha ha.
And... it is sadly ruled out. :( "Revenge list indicate online/shielded or currently attackable without having to click each person’s button" is under the Ruled out list.
I remember talking about this on a thread for several pages myself, before behing hit with the news.

I agree with the op. Also I would like to see an achievement based on revenge also. The achievement amount could just like the others 50, 500, 5000 = 25, 100, ?
