Should I upgrade to th9 now? Need help. Opinion wanted.

I would like to know if my townhall 8 is ready to upgrade to th9? Pls help
i have all troops at lvl 5 except for wall breakers and minions that are lvl 4.
Lvl 2 minions, lvl 2 pekka, lvl 3 hogriders, lvl 1 golem and Valkyrie. Barb king lvl 5.
My spells are all lvl 4.
All defense is maxed out to townhall level except for my two lvl 4 Teslas, one lvl 5 tesla.
all resources are maxed out and gold and elixir storages.
all walls are lvl 7 except for 33 walls that are lvl 8

As I say in the 10 or 20 of exactly the same thread that pop up each week.

As soon as your defenses and out of lab elixir upgrades are done move up to Th9.

Otherwise you are wasting huge amounts of elixir that can be used to improve your base.

You will be a rushed base for all the work youve spent you will be completely undesirable. The only people who like rushers are those attacking them.

No u should not.

I think you should stay at th8. Why? Because you have things to spend DE on, you have things to spend elixir on, and you have things to spend gold on. You're not wasting any resources by staying at th8, so it really makes no sense to go to th9 right now.
