No Loot Penelty On Collectors

Yes, But If they don't drop trophies from Masters 1/Champions than they only have to win an attack and they get more in the loot bonus than in 3 or 4 raids.

No, people don't go collector hunting from bases 2 TH levels lower than them. They mainly hunt for 1 lower and 2 lower is just an bonus. If this idea is added, it will be what most players do.

As long as those collectors don't hit max capacity often, this idea won't help a lot with adding loot to the economy overall. This will make there be less for the next guy who finds the inactive base. It might even reduce the loot in the economy since people will be hunting in low leagues and miss out of those bonuses.

Winning an attack up there is harder and requires stronger troops on average. You can barch for 50% league bonus but that takes 2-4x the amount of troops to rob weak inactive bases and you're more likely to get attacked by a guy who will steal your resources than snipe up there... maybe

On topic, i agree with Sirix. This would seriously alter the game. Everyone would be farming in silver 1. Nobody would be in any league higher than gold.
