A solution for 4 lightning spell DE hit and run attacks.

The reason they won't change it is because it is crucial for the health of the overall game. Players push down to lower levels to make themselves unraidable. And also down there they can be an irresistible force that takes from pretty much any other base at will. So to create a balance Sc has to give the other people at that level a way to strike back at that guy. it certainly doesn't level the field nor should it. But at least they can sting him a little and force him to choose whether he wants to go back up to his level or endure that.

imagine if they took it away. That would mean that there was a way for higher players to render themselves completely invincible to any form of attack. If there was a way to do that pretty much everyone would dive on it and the game would stop. The lower players would all get pummeled by the higher players until they quit and the higher players would go no where. It would be impossible for any more new players to even get off the ground.

Zapping DE storage does not have anything to do with this, and who cares if strong armies can walk over little people. It happened to me before as a TH6 and I just thought it was stupid for them making an army that take so much time to build and cost more then they got to loot penalty.

This has nothing to do with DE zapping since the lower players you speak of can't even use DE. Why is gold and elxier not zapable and DE is? the other 2 is much more useful to a lower player that you speak of.

he zapped me because he failed the attack (not getting much even though max troops) I should have a way to defend this nonsense and allowing zapping to be in the game DOES NOT help the game at all.

Run in, attack, then run away. The Australian aboriginals used the same tactic when the British first came to Australia. It is a cowardly strategy but it is a strategy nonetheless and so is using lightning spells to target just one thing then getting out of there. People constantly cry about it but it is never going to change because it is an attack strategy. You can whine all you want but you can't dictate how a person should and shouldn't be allowed to attack you.

it's call guerilla tactics and was an ambush attack

It doesn't really matter just let them take your dark elixer and deal with it it is just a game so whatever supercell doesn't need to add anything that makes it so you can't lightning spell something

Not perfect? The revenge system is on point? If you really wanna revenge someone with 0 issues go look at their traps after you join their clan and leave and revenge. Or bring an army capable of revenging. I can't recall all the dark elixer I got from revenges or from zapping dark elixer containers when someone traps their towmhall. So again; there's mo issue. It's fair and part of the game. I don't get zapped very often. And if I really cared about to; I'll just revenge them for more than what they stole. Problem solved.

This was my second EVER thread on the forums. I don't think you understand what the word "spamming" means. A single post is in no way spamming. And If I were to get permabanned for suggesting what other players also feel is a rational mechanic then this is a truly unjust forum indeed.
The post should be removed, no doubt. The topic has been covered. And yes, I failed to investigate it fully before posting. I should've known there are no new ideas under the sun.
However, after going over the previous introductions to this topic I did find mine to be unique. With nuances others have not suggested.
All that being said; your authoritarian judgement is quite off-putting indeed.
I don't think personalities like yours are healthy for a game community.
