Lightning Spells and Dark elixir

Ok I have a proposal....I'm sick and tired of building up and earning my dark elixir just to have someone come along and 3x Lightning spell my storage and take more than my collectors can gather up on a 10 hour basis!

Solution one - Make it so lighting spells cannot gain dark resources...how does that work? Simple, a lightning rod has been added to the top of the drills and the storage!

Solution two (although not as preferred) - Make lightning spells cost darks elixir, in turn making it so people simply cannot profit dark elixir from using lightning spells on others' hard-earned dark elixir.

Please take this matter into consideration. I feel making these changes will not in any way break the game. Just make it easier to build up dark elixir. If someone legitimately raids me for my resources, fine. But 3x lightning spelling someone's storage is just cowardly

Using that much elixir for such little DE is extremely ineffective considering the time also. Its only a minor nuisance as you can easily farm back much more than they steal in a single raid. Your idea has been ruled out for these reasons.

Zapping is good for the game and should not be prevented. Nobody should be safe from attack.

It doesn't matter if it's been posted before if a ton of players hate having their DE ninja'ed away then they should post it as much as it takes to have something done about it

And yet every time the players have been polled, an overwhelming majority think it should be left as is. Only about 10-20% of forum members are asking for zapping to be nerfed. And keep in mind that players who are upset about zapping will take the time to bother to register for an account and post a complaint, maybe even support someone else's complaint. But no one is going to register to the forum, just to try to shoot down a suggestion to nerf zapping. (Well, maybe someone who would stop playing CoC if they nerfed zapping...)

So that 10-20% is likely an overestimate of the number of people who want zapping nerfed. It really is a small minority of players.

So yeah, they post over and over and over and over... and over and over and over... and over and over...

But you know what? It still doesn't mean diddly squat. It's still a minor problem for a small minority of people, and no big deal for the rest of us. It's good for the game. So no, posting it over and over and over isn't going to get anything done about it. Which is why we keep telling people to stop posting about it. All it does is clog up the forums, and waste Supercell's time reading yet another complaint about something they have no intention of fixing.

i for one do NOT want anything done.

Using my lightning spells is a small bit of revenge against the level 9 and 10 th that wipe me out. I will continue to do it as long as they keep attacking me.

when I'm farming I can also easily make the 1500 they stole from me right back. Who waits for collectors? Go steal it from someone else and revenge those thieves back.

use SHIELD =)
