Join one that has none! That's right do whatever you want. No donation requirements, you can be elder if you want. No pressure in wars, you don't even have to attack if you don't want too. I'm at a point where I'm in constant hero upgrades so I need at least 10 people to allow me to start a war so I can barch for extra revenue. I'm allowing people to have an opportunity to practice war attacks with no pressure or gain a little extra revenue by attacking for loot. 5 members as of now so just need 5 more and I will start wars as soon as one ends. Also there are maxed troops available if you want to war for real. It's totally up to you. Just need 5 more warm bodies to hit the start war button.
