Can't see the picture but I got the same message. I try to reinstall the game now I lost my village. Please help. I'm in war prep day.

I've lost my account too, 9 months work down the drain, I don't even know what an api is and why my device suddenly can't access it 😢 this is a sad morning. Supercell sort it out!!

Woke up this morning and cant get into my main account; this has to be fixed soon..
This happened to me also on my samsung galaxy S3 just right before the maintenance. I immediately search the whole exact error in google and it seems that not even one have experience this before until now.
I tried to remve the cache and data of google play services but to no avail. I tried to uninstall google play serives but still not ok.
Then i tried on our andoid tablet and the tablet is working fine. I was able to add existing goggle account into the tab and open my account which are in S3 and i was able to swith back and forth without any issues. So i thought it is only my mobile that has problem and i am ready to reformat my mobile but its good that i took a look inhere first so i am not the only one...
Not sure here if supercell or google is the problem.
Hope this can be resolved immediately.
By the way, for those who lost their acount, you can get it back by giving message through the in-game Help and Support in the settings.
I lost this account too and within 3 or 4 days Supercell was able to provide me CODE to link to a new device. I am very very pleased about it.

Hi, has anyone tried another game? I cant link my google account to new games, it gives the same error. It may be a google account problem, not necessarily a clash of clans error

I'm getting this message starting today 03 march 2015. I got a few account on my device and all my account saying that "No account on this device can access game API". I also try to connect using my phone and same problem occurs. I don't know if i should format my phone or not. If this problem occurs because of supercell update today, please fix it asap. I have serveral coc accounts on my Android phone. Now I cannot go into to any of the accounts. We have wars now. Hope Supercell fix this issue asap.
Not sure if its connected, i recently got prompted to update my security policy on my Samsung Note 4. If it is causing it, i will be more than willing to reset my phone to fix this. I have another samsung s4 and i tried it there with no issues
i dont get that error msg on my android devices..
but my friend account just wont load.. (he factory reset phone)
check on G+ setting, coc still connect with his G+...
i try to load his account from my devices also cannot.. (before this can, to test)
G+ on coc setting (in game) just RED, not green.

I did spent my money on this game because I enjoy playing. Now I cannot go back to my main accounts which I played for a year and spend money on it. I really hope this issue can be fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

FWIW, I can switch between different accounts on my tablet running android 4.2.2 without any problems.
I get this error though on my samsung phone with android 4.4.2.
my friend get one way for this problem. the way is wipe your phone. wew, i am still finding the another way, the problem from google play games app. this playgames app stuck

first of all i dont know if this will work for everybody. what i did is uninstall update of my google play services then update again in playstore. but that didnt solve the problem. then i try to uninstall update again then i copy the google play services of my brother's phone which is not having API problem. i install the apk and it work...
for those who wonder how i got the apk of google play services from my bro's phone. i used shareit. thats the name of the app.

The issue is not limited to Clash, seems to be related to the Google Play Services update that happened recently. On our side we could not find anything, at least not yet.
If the suggestions by some of the users above do not help (such as restarting the device), I'll advise you to contact our Support team as soon as possible (clashofclans.feedback@supercell.com)

This solution of xblader also works for me. My samsung galaxy s3 is having a problems and my samsung DUOS do not. So i check the version of the GPS on my DUOS and it is 6.7.76 (1745988-034). This is the one that works for me.

The issue is with Google play Services version 7.0.86.
Go to settings, application or application manager, look for Google play Services, uninstall upgrades of Google play Services and confirm you would like to return to the factory version. You should be able to get back to the game now. Do not install Google play Services updates until this issue is reported as fixed by Google.

Things to be aware of when you do this
The last two items are a potential security hole. You are trusting that the package you received is what it purported to be an nothing else/more.

after downloading the APK...you need to download in playstore APK installer. then just install the GPS APK. Before that pls ensure that you unistall the GPS updates.

* Downgrade Google play Services to factory version

just unistall update from google play service.
my mine tab 10, open storage, used space,application,and find google play service and then unistall update.
note if unistall update button can't tap, tap turn off then notification for admin to deactive so uninstall button can you tap. ;)

Guys mine was solved by just reseting my tab...i reset to factory reset and install everything... I can play now...
now i know what the problem guys ... you just need to download older version before the new version like this example : the new version is 7.0.86 , and u just need to uninstall and install the Google Play Services with the 6.7.76 (1745988-034) .
you can download at google and move the file to your gadget (if you download from pc) . and........you can play clash of clans again hehe
