Cannot access games APIs error

i cant get my account because i mistakenly delete the game and trying to load my village but it always shows that no account can access the game apis please solve this as fast as you can . i am a active player and this is a bad thing for my village

This solution of xblader also works for me. My samsung galaxy s3 is having a problems and my samsung DUOS do not. So i check the version of the GPS on my DUOS and it is 6.7.76 (1745988-034). This is the one that works for me.

In getting message no account on this device can access games API
It's the same on two devices.
Please fix it as I've lost two level 80 accounts

Can someone explain step by step how did you resolve this problem ? I have a galaxy S3 too , i Don`t have any other phone to copy the play services ... so please someone explain how did you resolve this problem , am please upload any needed files. Thanks.

The issue is with Google play Services version 7.0.86.

Go to settings, application or application manager, look for Google play Services, uninstall upgrades of Google play Services and confirm you would like to return to the factory version. You should be able to get back to the game now. Do not install Google play Services updates until this issue is reported as fixed by Google.

Already did that , the problem persists .

Uninstalled google play updates and still having the same problem.
