How to stop people changing my clan description?

Demote everyone. Promote only people you know they won't do such things. Even if some people leave your clan. That is not a problem. Just have the best in your clan no need for bad coleaders. I haven't given anyone one coleader if I don't know in person or at least know him for a long time. Coleader is not a gift it is a rank for mates based on their contribution to the evolution of the clan

Demote all the co-leaders, and stop giving out free co, *facepalms* :facepalm:

Only give people you trust leadership positions.

I woud almost guarantee the one mentioning h a c k i n g is probably the culprit. Complain about it and see who is enjoying the discussion the most... if you cant figure it out start demoting, if you demote someone who didnt do it Im sure they will understand.

4 to 5 days? Are you kidding me? It takes months for most people to earn elder in my clan, and I already have all the co-leaders I need, which means that promotion doesn't even exist.

If you have to give away leadership to build a clan, you aren't ready to build a clan.

Precisely.

Coleader or elder is a function, not a reward. If there are enough cos and elders in a clan and they are the right people (at least whom you think to be the right person), then stop promoting.

In your local sports club there is a board of leaders, right? Does every member get promoted to leader after being in the club long enough? ;)

I have three cos in a 40 member clan. Two I know personally.

This happened to me a while ago. I only give ranks to people who contribute regularly, but someone suddenly decided it would be funny to mess around with the description. So I demoted everyone to Elder and promoted only those I truly trusted. Problem solved.
