We have minimum requirements that we publish to try and appeal to as many people as possible. However we do have things that will disqualify you even if you meet the minimums.
For instance, if you are a TH8 with a level 7 BK we require level 4 hogs to be finished and the majority of your walls be skulls, even though our minimum has level 4 in progress and 50% skulls.
Or, a TH9 that has level 3 xbows we want a higher combined Hero level then our minimums because you are bringing more war weight with you. Likewise, we will also look at War Stars that a person has earned, or their Heroic Heist numbers compared to gold and troop levels looking for gemmers.
There is nothing wrong with gemming, but if you have low experience markers we know that you may not be able to attack at the level you are bringing in war.
Again, I don't remember the exact situation with you so if you would like to apply or post your current clan tag here I would be happy to scout you and let you know.
