Call a base whatever you want, who cares?
There's always someone who will criticize your level, your base, or anything just for the fun.
Why on earth would you stay 2 months upgrading those ridiculous pumps at TH8, just to avoid being called "rusher" by a random internet guy? Just for the fun of throwing away all that elixir raided?
Just to say, in my little experience, I often see that ultra-maxers and players who maxes pumps before defenses, are often players who really sucks at attacking or getting loot. It disturbs me as much as those who have very low level defenses.
When I see a player whith high defenses, clever base design, and pumps lvl 8 or under, I know for sure he's a good attacker, and that he will makes stars in war.

i consider a th10er thats lvl 50 or lower a rusher thats extremely rushed, and a lvl 70 th10er very rushed.....:thumbsup:

Someone who can no longer play the game is rushed in my opinion. Either low level defence (e.g TH7/8) or simply low offence (level 4 barch at TH10 will get you little...).
Play the game for fun not for what some random guy in global says... especially since you'll probably never speak to them again. :rolleyes:

To me, a smart rusher is a person who knows the game well enough to prioritise and upgrade before maxing their TH to achieve optimal gameplay, ie. Obtaining the infinite resource dump known as walls (legos) and heroes; and/or understanding war MM to war in his/her favour.
A smart rusher will have either: maxed walls and farming troops/war troops and heroes. One thing people always forget is the timeframe the rusher has been playing. In 7 months, an average maxer will be a late TH8 with lvl 0 AQ. A rusher in the same time would have AQ lvl 10-15 with TH7-8 defenses.
A bad rusher is simply called a premmie and is loved by everyone when farming. A smart rusher usually does not have loot in their base due to both heroes upgrading and legos/lavas
