Why you're not answering on my concern!

I've been sending you direct messages on contact us link on in-game itself. But 2 days passed and you havnt replied to my querries. Is this the kind of conpany you are? Ignoring your players. Someone used my account on other device bought a 7 day shield which is not usefull cause i'm an active player, used my attack on clan war. I only use CoC on my iPhone 5s and dont have any other device to link. This is not so cool. Someone able to play my game on other device and you guys dont act on it nor tried to get in touch with me despite so many messages i sent to you.

Is this the first time you play online games? Fyi, i've played and still playing lots of online games and when there's an issue i raised on forum or thru e mail immediately i'll receive an e mail saying they have received my concern and will make investigation on that. But with this, no e-mail no nothing. Btw this is none of your concern. Unless your from SUPERCELL. So ♥♥♥♥!

By sending multiple requests to Clash of Clans Support you can slow down your response time. Aditionally, the forums are meant to be a community enviornment that is friendly. If you post content that a mod/staff member finds inappropriate you can get in trouble. Please take my free advice and be polite on the forums and edit/delete your comment.

I dont see how sending multiple message about someone's concern slow down response time. If you read my concern you'll see how serious that one is. In case you overlooked it, someone played my coc acct on other device, used 1 of my attack on clan war and bought useless 7 day shield using my gems, it's useless cause i'm an active player and i dont need that. So, that is something they need to check immediately. and i have the right to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because of their non-action. Asking someone to ♥♥♥♥ is not same as cursing. You surely know that. And again i'm directing this thread to SUPERCELL PERSONNEL ONLY.

By sending in multiple tickets you actually push your ticket down to the bottom of the list. Or at least this is how it worked in other game's support systems. Be patient it can take a little while for support to get back to you. Depending on your location up to 4 weeks sadly. :straightface:

Nope, you "addressing" Supercell Personnel, but this thread is in a public section of the forum.

As a member of the forum, I take offence at the way you are acting and voicing your concerns. It's clear now that you also don't understand how IT Support, helpdesks and the like operate, and the difference between a forum and the Service/Support section.

You have not bothered to acknowledge that advice offered by other people, you have just attempted insult and/or curse at them.

Surely YOU know THAT ?

You thread is going nowhere unless you change your attitude. Fine to be angry at the world in the immediate instance, but you need to get past you anger and frustration or no one will want to assist you.

A thread entitled with your actual issue - a "borrowed or hijacked account" - might find people with similar experiences and solution. Personally I doubt anyone can remedy your alleged situation. I say "alleged" because I doubt it can be proven.

This advice comes from someone who has worked in IT since before the time it was called IT.

Nope... Actually, this thread is for someone who needs help and someone who wants to help. :3

It's a live game, it can easily have gone that you messed up your attack and just want a second chance. The other clan would not be happy if you got 3 attacks. For the shield thing, READ THE FAQ!

Did i asked to give me an another attack nor ignore that first attack? I'm stating the fact that someone able to play on my account on another device. And with the shield thing, that someone used my gem to buy that shield, that for me is useless for i'm an active player. In case you dont get what i'm trying to point out, it means someone ♥♥♥♥ed into my acct and make a mess. Get my point now?

Everheard of automated e-mails? I guess you should asked that to yourself. If you havn't heard that, it is the e-mail you'll received as senders acknowledgement that they have received your concern. And in my case i didn't get one.

You work on an IT? Well i have worked as Customer Service before and once someone reported of acct being compromised, it's something that every CSR should take in seriously. Other players here used their credit card to buy gems. Someone able to ♥♥♥♥ed into your acct then you should be scared. And even how mad the customer is CSR should answer the customers querries.
I just hope that this thing dont happen to you. Cause i'm sure you'll act worst than what i just did.

Yes I have worked in IT for a very long time and I can tell you that good IT management relies on good Customer Service. The concept of Customer Service is not foreign to me but I strongly suspect IT management is not fully understood by you.

To that end, several people have given you examples of how the Supercell system operates (or is likely to operate), the errors you may have made in dealing with your issue and possible ways you can better deal with them. Take that advice and move on. Whining about forumites not understanding your issue, does not resolve your issue.

How would I react if my account was “h♥♥♥ed” ? A damn sight more politely than you I would hope. After all. I can’t offer my staff and my users a decent customer service experience in my real life job if I did otherwise.

As an aside, in 30+ years of investigating so called “h♥♥♥ed” accounts, the overwhelming majority where in fact the fault of the user for advertently and inadvertently sharing account information. In recent years, with portable devices becoming ubiquitous, physical breaches of device security have become even more prevalent. Search this forum if you doubt me. Then take a long think about the physical security of your device.

If I was supercell, and had a jackass like you running you're mouth over YOUR mistake, talking about a two day wait time, I would trash you're request. Supercell has tons of people with real problems. Sure some companies like Turborilla are faster at getting your problem solved, but have way less email traffic. Go slam your head into a wall a couple times, and maybe that'll knock some sense into you:)

And if the lost village passes clan battle , it turns out that sum up your clan is not participating . Apparently , the weekend does not support specialists work ?

If you want to direct to supercell, why don't you inbox them and give them your issue. DUHHHH

Yeah, i guess you're right. This is the only inline game i played that takes weeks before you get a reply. Before CoC became popular KoC was the most popular one. Millions plays the game and when you report something you'll immediately received an automated e-mail with a ticket number. That's how good customer service should do. With SUPERCELL, it will surely take a month before they'll do something. And by the time they start making action your account is already in total mess.

Join the queue of people who didn't secure their accounts properly and want $cell to magically step in, figure out who's dodgy from who's a little challenged. My understanding is that queue is around 4 weeks long.
1. Secure your itunes/g+ account and make sure the password is secure, don't share those account details with anyone
2. Don't authorise other devices. Ever. (You can't "un-authorise" the device later)
3. Don't try and get "Free" gems online. You will get scammed. You will feel silly. You will have a line up of people who say "I told you so" irrespective of whether they did.
4. It's a game. Game game game game game game... in two years time you'll have nothing to show for all your effort except a max base in a game with a dying community.
5. The journey is more fun than the destination; have fun along the way because if you get "there" all you'll see is clouds.

Closing this thread due to the amount of insults and flaming going on.

OP, I see Support replied to your message recently so your case will come to a conclusion soon.
