Why you're not answering on my concern!
I've been sending you direct messages on contact us link on in-game itself. But 2 days passed and you havnt replied to my querries. Is this the kind of conpany you are? Ignoring your players. Someone used my account on other device bought a 7 day shield which is not usefull cause i'm an active player, used my attack on clan war. I only use CoC on my iPhone 5s and dont have any other device to link. This is not so cool. Someone able to play my game on other device and you guys dont act on it nor tried to get in touch with me despite so many messages i sent to you.
Don't send multiple requests.
By sending multiple requests to Clash of Clans Support you can slow down your response time. Aditionally, the forums are meant to be a community enviornment that is friendly. If you post content that a mod/staff member finds inappropriate you can get in trouble. Please take my free advice and be polite on the forums and edit/delete your comment.
