Can easily reach 400, after that I didn't had chance against mortairs.

The highest th2 level wise wouldn't be very high, since they can't donate and they can only get XP through clearing bushes, sniping th's or completing achievements. If you ment trophies, then I'd say champions since everyone can get to champion if you have no life and you have the ability to snipe th's.

You could hit a goblin level over and over for infinite xp.

Oh if he means trophies no TH2 has ever got to Champs, I believe the highest ever is Pelican Tacos just over 3k
