Im a fairly new th10 and can't find loot anywhere. I've gone from gold 2 and am currently in crystal 2 trying to get to maters 3 for the loot bonus but im not sure if its worth the effort. Please help

Depends on your style of farming (barch/bam/loonion/gowi*), your farm troop level, and how much time you play. The higher your league level, there is likely going to be a decreasing returns to scale for barch/bam and increasing returns to scale for heavier armies.Quote:

Max your camps with priority! you will be able to Barch/BAM TH9s much more effectively and it should help you climb into the C1-M3 range more easily, so you can farm that loot bonus. also with out the S.A.M.s 1-hit-KO'ing Healers, they are much more viable option for Giant Healer variants.
TH8 essentially off the menu for loots, but can easily be beaten for trophies and loot bonus in C3-2
TH9 better equipped to repel BAM/Barch but the premies and the poor set ups can be beat for the loot bonus they are the new diet, and the premie 10s
Loonians are very reliable, but Elixir heavy and often reliant on spells, so be aware.. but they will reliably get you wins and usually some Dark elixir in the process

I heard 4500+ is pretty great. Everyone leaves their storages outside and collectors are all full since they have nothing to spend gold on.
I upgraded my town hall to lvl 10 back at the start of December. Since then I have been to a wide range of trophy ranges. I farmed in crystal for a bit, finding decent loot with baloonion, before pushing for (almost) champ and eventually dropping to 0 to see what the loot was like there. Finding nothing, I pushed back up to gold and am currently farming in Gold II with barch, which provides satisfactory results. Seeing as Barch doesn't taking long to train, and it is cheap, I don't mind going for 180k-300k raids (I prefer 400k+) and I still gain loot. Just a suggestion ;)
