Its not just business, too much and the game becomes too complicated for many people to keep interest. Not every idea is a good one for the current direction of the game. Some ideas are absolutely amazing, but are extremely complex to go about coding. But if they think its a great idea they definitely do their best to figure out how to go about programming it.Quote:

On one hand, you have the fact that SC cares because that's what the company is founded on; providing Clash, Boom, and HD to their consumers. You also have that immense list of player-suggested updates.
On the other hand, the main goal of SC is a profit, that's what a company is for. They've made several bad moves, including time bug, clan levels to an extent, and the hero nerf last year.
Conclusion: Yes, but only so they can get their hands on money provided by IAPs. Which is what should work in captialism, there's nothing wrong with that, but I think it's more they want the money than more about the customer.
Definatly, especially when you compare it to some other games.
Free gems and tons of player's ideas got implemented. Also, clan wars. +Cat staff

I remember games like runescape where you could only progress to a certain point in the game as a free player and able to unlock the other 70% of the game by paying monthly (sadly i feel victim to this scheme). Other online freemium games were not as pushy but gave paid players supreme advantages. SC games have a really nice balance allowing you to unlock every single feature in the game entirely for free if youre patient.
They want the game to last years, and to a serious gamer like myself, the current time i've invested and the minuet amount of money ive spent is nothing at all like what i've experienced in other games. Really read their story, you'll maybe see how much effort they put into creating a great game.

The poll makes quite good reading for SC (Unless the mods are voting!). 70% of people feeling valued? Not bad for a game making the kind of profits this one does. Certainly SC aren't in the bracket of EA Sports with their appalling money grabbing. FIFA is an outrageous example of taking a decent game that costs £40-£50 a time and you are then milked like crazy for fortunes....At least this is free for as long as you want it to be

They care a lot about the consumer because they are always improving the game. You can experience the end game part without spending any money. I have played other phone games where you couldnt get passed the first hour without buying something. In the end people will always want more and more, as the saying goes "if you give a mouse a cookie."
The fact that a kid can spend $100, go straight to TH10, and then have to delete their account because of loot penalty and Supercell can't help them out, is all the proof I need of not caring about customers.
