Well considering they take many of their ideas for updates from players suggestions, are constantly reading what users have problems with and trying to resolve issues. I'm going to say yes they do. You can read their website where they state:
What if you put together a games company the way you’d put together a professional sports team?” In that type of model, the sole mission of the founders and management would be to acquire the best talent FOR EVERY SINGLE POSITION, create the best possible environment for them, and then get out of the way. It would be an environment with zero bureaucracy. A place where the best people could make the biggest possible impact and nothing would stand in their way. Everything else, including financial goals, would be secondary.
basically saying, make a great game and the money will follow. And if you truely think about it, it's definitely about the game and the players who play it first.

Why do you think it would be deleted? I do think supercell cares for their consumers.
It's a balance. Sometimes they get it wrong and sometimes they get it right. Of course they have regard for consumers otherwise they would not be thriving but at the same time they are guilty of a little gem greed at times (Heros in war anyone?) Overall I would say they are still in the yes column
Yes they do. A lot of the changes made to this game were due to player feedback in the ideas section
There are just a lot of ungrateful crybabies who whine if they don't get everything they want. These types of people tend to gather in a forum and haven't learned that you don't get everything you want in life and instead of being able to cope well with that, they throw tantrums like children
From a business standpoint, it doesn't make sense to give consumers EVERYTHING they ask for. If they did, the profit margin wouldn't be high. If the profit margin wasn't high, we wouldn't have this game for freeQuote:
