New Building : Tree of Gems

First, remove gems bonus from removing obstacle, it's way too high.
This is a better idea, and also a harder way for player to get gems.

Each player can only build one.
This magical tree had 1000 HP and can be upgraded until level 3.

How it works?
Ofcourse this tree produce gems.
We have to water this tree using elixir to make it produce gems. (new way to spend unused elixir)
After that, gems will be available to harvest in 50-55 hours (random), but time remaining won't show up, why?
So players have the chance to raid gems too if the gems isn't harvested. (destroy the tree)
And those who value gems will protect the tree. (inside the wall)

Level 1 : 150.000 Elixir, 1 gems / harvest, 5% chance to harvest 2 times amount. (max 2)
Level 2 : 250.000 Elixir, 1-2 gems / harvest, 5% chance to harvest 2 times amount. (max 4)
Level 3 : 350.000 Elixir, 1-3 gems / harvest, 5% chance to harvest 2 times amount. (max 6)

2. There should probably be more trees.
3. I prefer bright colored green trees.
4. Stop with any type of "gem" generating buildings because it would never happen.
5. I really like the trees from the movie "Land Before Time".
6. There needs to be more regulations against deforestation.
7. Awww, now I can't stop thinking about trees.

My ideas is to make everyone change their base design to a bit alive. (trees inside)
I had no interest in collecting free gems at all, I had 5 builders.
1-3 gems average 100 gems / month? What can I do with that? Buy barbarian king / archer queen?

the idea of a gem producing tree is stupid, things that produce gems should not be in the game (except for those thats already there :))

but the idea of giving bases some life and some green stuff on the inside of the base is great :D you just have to give it another funktion

They had to change it to this way, it's harder to get gems.

noo thats my free gems ;( without them how should i collect free gems to spend on gemming troops during the next trophy hunt?

Lol, don't tell me you don't like my idea because it make us hard to get gems.

It's tough to discuss any building having to do with gems because ultimately SC will never do it. So I try to avoid any threads having to do with gem ideas.

BUT! As for trees, what I like to do on my base is remove any obstacles that aren't the pine trees :D So shrubs, mushrooms, fallen tree trunks, chopped off tree trunks, and the bulky green trees I remove. For my town hall 7 I had all pine trees and my base ended up looking like a forest haha it was pretty cool looking. I understand there's gem's in those trees but I just plain like the aesthetics of it. I just upgraded to TH 8 not too long ago so I'm working on my forest again. The end result is a cool looking forest base.

nah i was just joking :p it takes forever to get gems anyway so free gems are not worth much from the start'

i don't think this will happen though, supercell knows that a billion small kids will get mad and whine about how impossible it is to get the 4th and 5th builder for free (like they already do now) and supercell probably don't want that to happen, the small kids are simply to much of a pain in the but when they get too whiny, if they made it harder to get gems, they would also have to deal with headaches that their employees would get for trying to defend their decision against the attacks of small kids that cant even put up 1 real argument why supercell should do as they wanted, also even more people would come to their facebook page and spam "give me free gems pls" (as some already does, damn annoying it is)

Problem is SC had to consider this, the free gems from removing obstacle is way too high.
If they implement this idea, people will getting harder to get gems and decide to buy gems.

Do I think it will ever happen? No.

do I like the idea?.... If in my wildest dreams it came true, I would not complain....

Will SC lose ton of money? Maybe, but I doubt it. They throw pennies at me with their annoying shrubbery, but that dont stop me from buying a big ol chest of gems 🍺🍺🍺

I'm a little skeptical to be honest...not sure. The idea isn't exactly flawed, but it just doesn't seem right.

A normal tree would not produce gems, maybe a gem mine (in which your slaves from the wars will work (100 workers produce a gem a day)) could be a better idea...
