For example, if a player has clan castle level 6, which holds 2000000 gold/elixir.
He is currently in a level 2 clan, which has clan perk that allows 10% extra storage.
If he currently has 2100000 of gold/elixir in clan castle and then quits the clan, what will happen?
I would assume he would loose 10%...
You should keep all your loot. Have not tested but it's what makes sense.
I think you will lose the extra resources you have, to me this seems the most logical.
No idea, but I'm guessing you'd lose that extra amount of resources.

I think that person will lose the extra loot. As his storage have decreased.
It should stay. However, I imagine it actually gets reduced down to your "new" cap when you leave the clan with the perk. I don't see the problem with it staying though as most people will either collect it at some point, or lose it via raiding, so one way or another it will eventually go below the reduced cap.
I'm guessing it will be 2100000/2000000. It would be unfair to lose 100k as you leave the clan.
Then again it's more of encouraging clan loyalty rather than reaping in exploit and rewards from just added bonuses.
Most likely lose the difference.
