In which scenario scenario can 2 lightning take out both mortars.. ?

Assuming all wiz/mortars are level 6.

Normally we always say/think that dual lv5 lightning can take out 2 mortars that are close together right ?

But in recent attacks, it doesn't seem to be the case..

Here is a diagram to illustrate the various buildings position.

Stats wise
Lv5 Lightning: 70dmg per strike, total 420 dmg.
Lv6 Mortar: 610hp
Lv6 Wiz: 800hp.

The follow lightning strikes assumes that we have zoomed in to the Max, and lightning are Level 5, mortar/wiz are lv6.

In A, 3 Light spell down the middle to take down both wiz/mtr

In B, 2 Light spell down the middle, this is the easiest so far.

In C, 2 Light spell was still able to take them down.

In D, i'm not sure, have not met such a case.

In E however, 2 Light spell wasn't able to take down both.
Both mortars are diagonal without any space inbetween..

In F, I'm not sure as well, have not met such a case.


So are there any experience Light user that can share their experience ?

In A, Just drop 2 lighthing on wizard right side nearer to mortar.. no need 3 in my experience..

In B,C & D, basically its a same formula.. chose the centeralized spot between both spot and drop 2 light..

In E & F absolutely need 3...

from my experience.. correct me if i am wrong tq

A:3
D: not sure

F will not work. Tested before. E maybe not, but the rest I am guessing yes.

B & C needs 2
A & E needs 3, E if reeeeally lucky 2 is enough.
F & D 2 or 3, depending on how the lightning hits. To be sure, 3, but can use the third to target also something besides them.

Tried and tested lot o times. Case A depends on the level of wizard tower, up to 4 might get with 2.

Having trouble finding Lv6 mortar/wiz that are together.
Most that are together are low levels.

Just yesterday 1st time this ever happened to me both my level7 mortars were took out by 4 level 4 lightening spells and they were no were near each other so I'm assuming 2 level 4 lightening spells can take out any mortar so next time I'm trophy hunting i will b going with 4 lightening spells and ground troops cuz if take out 2 mortars it will greatly enhance ur odds of winning

Yep, never gotten them both down so far but that can be just bad luck. The lightning does wander quite some from the initial area, so if both hit just right, possible.
