We're OK with various TH level, what we don't want is rushed THs that don't have the upgraded troops (hence are not able to 2 or 3 star their mirrors in war - which are usually TH9). If your hogs are lvl 4, golems are lvl2 +, pekkas are lvl 3, plus your Air Defenses are at a decent level (lvl 6+) for your base not to be vulnerable to dragon / loonion attacks, then it should be just fine.
