An underground resource vault you can store x amount of gold/elixir/de and attackers do not have access to it. Also, the more you upgrade it, the more you can store. Basically just a way to save resources a little easier and faster

No. Please no. The loot is already bad enough. The reason Boom Beach has this and not Clash is because there is no loot penalty on Boom Beach but having a vault and a loot penalty in the same game would make it soo hard to get loot off of raids.
