2 Day banned Offensive base layout

It says no where in that block of lines about offensive base designs. It only states about POSTING offensive things IE chat or forums. No where is my base targeting anyone, or anything specifically. For those curious. By base says 3 Star This *female dog*: *female dog* may be considered offensive but I did not post information in any way. That is strictly design of content that is given to me as the user. No posting what so ever. I can maybe see the last one being a CATCH-ALL but again by reading their agreement. I am not in violation. :/

You did "post " it, when you set it as active you put it where other users could see it.


Instead of trying to find some loophole, maybe it would be easier to not post things like that. You simply have to know better. Even if you are young, this is obviously offensive, you meant it that way, you know it, I know it, most importantly SuperCell knows it. Take your 48 hour ban and learn from it.

Well that is obscene and offensive to some. And information has a broad meaning which includes clan descriptions AND base designs. So yes, the ToS covers that.

Dont forget to read the forums rules, particularly this one:

1. You may not discuss publicly any (disciplinary) actions taken by staff, moderators or support such as banning, closing forum threads, deleting forum posts / threads etc. This also includes posting publicly any private messages / emails you have received from either staff, moderators or support. *NEW*

Base design is not considered *Posting information* I am not looking at a loophole. But for now on I will join the brigade of people who have no sense of humor of fun over a *game* So of course i will wait out my time. Now I will take time to myself and report every base i run into as offensive. Why? Well just like it is explained. If I feel I am offended, I can report it. Thanks for your prompt responses though. Just report only truly offensive things. You may think its humorous but the parent who's kids play this game very much may not.

It appears Supercell is exercising their "right to take action" and are "prohibiting you from using the Service". It does not matter if you "posted" anything; "Supercell reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules of use…"

We ran into that kast war with XRISTOS Kingdom, which I have screen shots of in convo. They reported me(spinksclown98) and Mooty for our bases in support of our Non-Christian members n their PREACHING in their clan motto. But, us being they works Satan were banned. So, raises a question, What religion and political views are acceptable within game? Moot is an Athiest that plays the game with his 7 year old son which caused a issue within home when he read their clan description! Base designs are at times a only way of expression of discontent. Now a bit ago, I personally ran into a Pro ISIS individual(won't mention name) in global. Did I turn them in for banning?! Nope. I am an American and BELIEVE in my 1st Ammendment rights. Besides, it's a game! In psychology, they teach people need different ways to express themselves or outlets cause they are implodes. This means, they can not openly express themselves based on some form of oppression wether it's internal or external influences based on social groups, community, state, or down to interpersonal due to the lack of self confidence. Let peeps chat n goof. But hey this COMIN from a Clown with a degree in psych.. Lol... Clash on as the bots say in responses to complaints and inqueries

if it is the players 1st violation, the ban will mostly be in effect for 48 hours.
