THIS IDEA LIMITS THE USE OF AUTOCOLLECTING: if gems cost then yes it would be expensive to autocollect for say 12 hours. For the 'storage manager' idea it would work differently.

Yes it needs fine-tuning but that's not my job, that's the job of the CoC team. We're just here to discuss ideas.

Doesn't matter, I'd say at most 50 gems per collector. Any more and it becomes ridiculously unusable.

Everyone is also just focusing on half of what I said at the start anyway, nobody has addressed the builder/resource manager appointment idea.

I agree with you that inactive bases are not affected. I noted that above.

But also the impact to barch is a valid concern. Especially since they tightened loot that is one of the few remaining ways (I think the only reliable one) to make money.

So I think it would have to cost enough gems to be a deterrent of just everyone doing it all the time. Specially occasions only. And even then I would understand if guys still felt strongly enough about barch impact that they were against it.

If youre active you dont need this feature. If youre not so active, you should be helping the economy out.

First of all, this would promote inactivity.
Second of all, this would decrease the overall loot.
Third of all, BARCH, BAM will become obsolete if this would happen.

That's why idea generation and customer service should go hand in hand - your collecting shouldn't have limits

put this as a sub feature of the sheilds so that if you're like me you get raided every night and you dark drill fills up in the same span it won't stop collecting dark. and if you've bought a a sheild you don't need to worry about collecters filling up and stopping
