Lost access

Currently,I have this problem.What are they gonna do to help me? I sent them a PM and it have been like a day or so.
Do they like transfer it to another village or?
My problem is when I log onto the gamecenter account that has my main account,it welcomes me but doesn't let me change it,I even tried it on a totally new device and it asked me to create a new account which I abort as if Im afraid that it will wipe my old account.I only have 1 device left which is my mom's iPad that have that village and it just stayed there.I need some help with it

I totally have control on the Game Center account.Just when I log into the Game Center account and enter clash of clans,it doesn't let me change to that village.I even tried it on a totally new device which doesn't n
have clash of clans but it doesn't work too.

Currently,I only have the one and only device that have the village loaded

K let's make it simple.
That gamecenter account isn't working so im thinking if Can I make that account to another gamecenter account see if it works or not.But I don't think so it's possible so I'm asking what would supercell do to help me?

Is anyone having this issue?

I'll try and make a it as simple as possible.
I couldn't access that account which is linked up with a gamecenter account.(I could log onto that gamecenter account but I couldn't access it).So could supercell like transfer that village to another gamecenter account and see if it would work? As if there might be a prob with Clash of Clans and that gamecenter account.

So when you try to log on to your CoC account thats linked to gamecenter account, what does it say?

First log out of iTunes and game center completely in apple settings tap it and log out.
Now load coc and look in settings for coc it should be red Facebook and blank space next to that
Close coc
Now log into game center in apple settings
Open coc, go to settings for coc and next to Facebook now it's not blank.. tap it to reload village..

It says nothing.Even when I try it on a new device with the Apple ID,it will ask me to create a new village which I didnt

If I understand you correctly, i'm having the same issue. My son and i used to be able to share my ipad for both of our accounts. i created one on my phone, he created one on his ipad. We could log out of one gamecenter account and log in to another; the game would load and gamecenter's welcome banner would show up, then the game would give us a warning about losing progress and ask us to type CONFIRM before it switched to the new village. Currently, my son's village is loaded on my ipad, and i am logged into my gamecenter account. When the game opens, my gamecenter banner pops up over his village, but the warning box asking me to CONFIRM the village switch never appears. Did Supercell do something with the update to stop us from switching between accounts like that?

I just couldn't access my account.Even on a new device that haven't play clash of clans before its just doesn't let me get to the account

Not sure - but yes, having exactly the same issue, only started sometime yesterday (was swapping freely between accounts early Sunday i think, may have been Saturday tho)

Yes having the same problem as of today. Have been switching between three accounts on both my iPhone and iPad with no problems. But today when I switch game Centre account the CONFIRM box does not appear and I'm stuck in the same account which is annoying as war is about to start

I'm also experiencing the same issue.. Just this morning when I'm trying to access my main account as I have 4 accounts.. I've tried rebooting my iPad and iPhone but still have the same problem..

Someone in my clan has same issue.

The updates today were supposed to fix this bug. Has it worked?

I don't know if that makes a difference with my problem but I just couldn't access it,my sister just got a new phone and after i log onto the gamecenter account,it will ask me to create a new one.Which I didn't do as i have a mindset of it may get overwritten and totally losing my base

Even i am having this issue lately.Almost same as yours,but i can switch to my main account from other phone but cant do so frm my phone.Plz help
