Consensual war end/start

Have you ever been waiting for the war preparation to end while your clan is all ready same goes for the other clan with consensual war start button the leaders could agree and start it automatically but at least 50% of the clan mates in war have to agree with this. Have you said "we've lost this one lets just give up!" Or did the co leader start war with out your opinion or your up against a clan that you can't handle. There could be a surrender option and the opposing clan gets double the loot while you take none. Seems fair right? Post any suggestions in the threads

This would lead to war spamming. And double loot would result in over 900k Gold and Elixer EACH for some.

True but there should be a cooldown between how many times you can consensualy start war like one time every 2 wars or something along those lines or not double loot but like 5% of what the other clan would have gotten so it would give you a small loot bonus for surrendered war wins
