Train unlimited troops

So for people that want to train a full army of 1 certain troop there can be a button that makes it so you don't have to keep refilling your barracks to keep them training troops. You get charged for the troop when it is done training and leaves the barrack and someone can turn off this just by hitting the infinite button

No. There is another reason for upgrading barracks other than unlocking new troops. It's called queue capacity.
