That tiny extra second
Recently, i saw an attack that was impossibly close. The archer queen fired upon the town hall, then she went down. Her arrows vanished in the air, causing a loss and 0 star instead of the two star that would have happened. To see it, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwsZJC2Xr74 . It is the last attack. This isn't a huge change, but it could help in certain circumstances.

Maybe, if a ranged attacker(ie Archer, Wiz, Drag, Minion, Witch), fires, and time runs out, let any live shots hit their target, THEN end the battle? Is that what you are suggesting?

Does the damage apply when she shoots her arrows, or when they land? Because I know dragon fire used to be way out of sync with actual damage being applied.

DRagon fire happens before the fire reaches, but archer and other ranged attacks happen when the missile hits the structure.
